Promotion Period
The Promotion starts at 12:00 p.m. on 15/05/2023 AEST. The Promotion closes at 11:59 p.m. on 30/07/23 AEST. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter,  must provide proof of refer a friend completion.

To validly enter the promotion and be eligible for the gift:

(Referrer) the referrer must complete and sign the referrer form.

(Purchaser) the Purchaser must not have had any contact with any sales consultants associated with Grace Tarneit, or be registered on Grace Tarneit database prior to the referral; the Purchaser must provide the sales agent, with the original form, completed and signed by the Referrer. If the above conditions are met (as determined by the Vendor in its absolute discretion), the $2,000 (Inc. GST) Debit card will be provided 60 days or as reasonably practicable after the referred client has settled.

Offer valid until July 31st 2023. Available for lots in stage 8 only.

Validity of Entries 
Valid entries for the prize (which will take place on the dates indicated above) will be those entries received between 12:00 p.m. on 15/05/2023 AEST and closes at 11:59 p.m. on 30/07/23

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Official Rules. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and must be taken as awarded.

Notification, Verification & Delivery
The referred will be notified  via email if they are eligible for the $2000 Voucher. The Debit card will be provided 60 days or as reasonably practicable after the referred client has settled.

If the referrer complies with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter verifies and accepts the entry in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will hand over the Voucher.  The Promoter takes no responsibility for an incorrect email address being provided when entering the promotion or during the notification and verification process, and the Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way.

Jurisdiction
These Rules shall be governed by the laws of Australia and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there.
