Experience The Rhythm of Africa

Since 1997 Werribee Open Range Zoo has been celebrating the ‘Rhythm of Africa’ a magical evening that combines the best of African culture and wildlife.

Every Saturday from 4.30pm-8.30pm between January and the end of February 2017 you can take part in an event that features live African bands, picnics on the grass, drumming workshops, hair braiding and face painting.

While you’re there you can still enjoy the Safari Bus until 6pm and the African Pula Walking Trail til 8pm where you can spot the beautiful African animals.
