Meet Vikas, one of our recent purchasers. He decided to move to Grace after learning about the planned infrastructure upgrades in Melbourne’s west.

“Basically, me and my wife were looking for a house and we came to know the western area quite fast. Looking at the options, Tarneit is an area that’s blowing up. So, we looked at Tarneit, then Grace and the growth there,” says Vikas.

He then met Rahul who helped improve his understanding of the area.

“I met Rahul, he provided us with all the information to our satisfaction. He has been a great help all through out, we were quite new to the area, we live in the eastern suburbs but we since went to the western suburbs and then learnt about the market. He briefed us about where the stations are going to come and stuff like that… we were convinced. It’s more of a person to person relationship and that’s how we shortlisted this one and he was a great help.”
