Statement of Compliance issued for Stages 1 and 2

The Statement of Compliance has been issued for both Stage 1 and 2 of Grace and registration of titles for both stages is expected by late October.

Settlements are therefore expected to commence early to mid-November 2019.

With this in mind, it is recommended that purchasers of Stage 1 and 2 prepare for settlement.
