Everyone’s favourite local winter event is back for 2023, and this year’s Firefly Night Market is one not to be missed. Only 5 minutes from Grace Tarneit, Penrose Promenade Park will light up the night sky with a display of bright neon sculptures and glowing performance artists as the vibrant backdrop to food trucks, market stalls and live music.
Visit for dinner and try a little, or a lot, from the rows of food trucks showcasing international and local cuisines of all varieties. Settle down for a picnic and a show, or pick up a warm cup of chai or a tasty late-night sweet treat while you meander the market stalls.
More than 60 market stallholders offering jewellery, art, clothing, and homewares make this the perfect occasion to treat yourself or to choose a gift for your loved ones. With a sensational line-up of live music and performances, including Brazilian samba, Bollywood dancing, African drum shows, and more, the Firefly Night Market is a cultural delight for the entire family to enjoy.
With roving performers, neon artistic displays, and a fire show, this thrilling community event has become a memorable fixture on the local calendar. Taking place on Saturday 24th June from 3 pm to 9 pm at the Penrose Promenade Park, this year’s Firefly Night Market is a wonderful night out for residents of Grace Tarneit, only minutes from home.
